I am Female, 5'4 115 lbs. i have the little one It's very warm and I prefer this quality to other thermals that I've always found too thin. Sometimes I get away with wearing masculine clothes because I like a looser fit without a high waist or tomboy look. But I find it almost funny that these thermals are made for a tall person because everything fits except for the hands! Like it was made for someone with huge muscles? So when I wear them my biceps get chubby and big and I look like I have chubby princesses or something, it's pretty funny! I gave them to my husband to try on and he loves it! And yes, he filled out the upper arms perfectly -_-
