We've used Credaxis for several years now. Our organization has seen significant growth over that time (by way of employee counts) due to the company's commitment to ongoing education and support of our workforce and technology. I would say that they are continually seeking ways to improve and help us grow as an employer. There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the product - it works well and offers excellent customer service. However, there is one area where we have found them lacking - their ability to incorporate more robust user interface design into their products. We use this credentialing system in conjunction with many third party HRIS, payroll and other systems. The challenge is that users from various departments require different levels of training to navigate the site effectively. This can be difficult when you are trying to train someone without knowing what the end result should look like.
