Review on 🎨 Unpainted Wooden Russian Nesting Dolls by BestPysanky by Chris Mania

High quality dolls for crafting, don't forget to use primer when you paint

I have two sets of these dolls for an art project and am a big fan of them. The wood is smooth and comfortable to the touch, all the dolls fit well and although it took a bit of twisting to open them the first few times, they stayed open afterwards without coming loose. All dolls are stable when placed in a row. The smallest of them is very light. So when you put it somewhere, it will be pressed strongly, stick it with tape. Make sure to prep the dolls with a small amount of moj or primer before painting. The wood will absorb the paint if you don't. I ran a rough cloth around the inside and bottom to remove a small amount of wood shavings. It didn't harm the tree. Also, two dolls in one set had knots in the finish. This didn't affect the texture and I was able to paint over it easily, but if you're just painting and not painting, bear that in mind. In the other crowd there were no knots at all. I guess it was hit or miss, but both sets turned out great. I used acrylic paints on one and glued paper on the other. When gluing paper, make sure the glue doesn't get on the seams and don't wipe it off as this can make it a bit difficult to attach. Also, flatten the paper out as evenly as possible and don't use layers more than two magazine pages thick or your dolls will sit oddly.
