Review on Shower Stainless Steel Bathroom Handle by Kevin Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good finish, strong.

Handrails have a good finish with no defects and are assembled without instructions as they don't have any - but it's easy to assemble, mark holes, insert your chosen method of holding (lever, wedge, cement anchor, etc. ), then install the rod and slide the tabs into place to hide the mounting plate and screw heads. As does EVERYTHING that comes with hangers/screws etc from your local hardware store. We all know that the materials in mounting kits are of very poor quality - wall anchors won't grip or break, fastener/screw/bolt heads break due to soft metal, and you'll have to remove and reinstall them properly if you buy your own . Fastening material designed for the surface on which the installation will be performed. With these bars they supply plastic anchors suitable for concrete block or tile walls. However, the screws have flat heads and soft metal. I always throw away all the assembly hardware and since then I haven't had a single bad installation of handrails, blinds, pictures, wall mirrors, wire shelving etc etc. Manufacturers should come up with this bad hardware and stop supplying it because the customer's scolding will be much less be when he just needs to buy good mounting hardware instead of screwing up the rig and then has to remove the PLUS to buy good hardware to remount the broken device. Otherwise people try to use concrete fixings to drywall or metal/wooden wall studs etc. There are specific ways to mount something, and the manufacturer cannot guess how we want their product mounted. do not include assembly parts, which can reduce their cost.
