04 4Runner 3 " Lift EMU Springs Bilstein 5100

Pros: Right out of the box these are well fitted upper arms! I have confidence in their construction and I know they will withstand whatever hits I throw at them. For the price, they're a no brainer. So why not 5 stars? Check out the attached photos. I bought this car for my son and as it is an '04 I wanted a complete overhaul of the suspension bushings and everything. While I was with him, I decided to take him with me. I bought a full set of front links and bushings to install with the lift kit. You will notice that in one photo the angle of the original ball joint is just at its maximum. That collapse was far away. I was beyond uncomfortable and knew I had to replace the upper arms. After looking at the $600 control levers, I settled on them. They advertise that they will work on elevators up to 3 inches. If you look at the photo, you will see that the ball joint is still almost completely exhausted. However, these levers fixed my camber/leveling situation. If I had a 2 inch lift I would give this product five stars. But you can see the ball joint angle on the 3" lifters is still too wide for my liking, they get four stars. If you ride a 2" lift or just want to level your car, I recommend these levers. If Driving them with a full 3" lift I would recommend something else. Update; I've been to Death Valley 2 times since installing these guns. As expected they've handled aggressive off-road conditions brilliantly. I'm still standing to my original review but would like to give credit where necessary these are well made UCAs.
