I bought a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6G on July 1st, 2020 last year. The graphics card works great as is. I tried some overclock settings but got a blue screen of death if I moved the sliders too far. I just slightly overclocked with GPU Boost set to 2004 and Memory Clock set to 13060, GPU Voltage +39. It's stable. I have some games that run very smoothly at the maximum resolution of 1920x1080, such as Monster Hunter World. It didn't work that well in Mech Warrior 5 Mercenaries. I have to set all settings to minimum to get good playback speed. Turning on base games like Civilization or Sims like Anno 2205 worked great at maximum resolution. The current price of this card is overpriced and grossly overpriced. Last year it was a great price, but this year the graphics card is significantly overpriced.
