Overall this is a good OEM replacement. Illinois cymbals are too wide for this cymbal holder, the side edges do not fit into the grooves. However, the size of the original holder was correct. But the difference in size doesn't seem to affect how well the screws hold the panel in place. The plate is slightly bent in the middle. And I'm not sure yet if this affects the holding ability of the screws. He got on the bumper with no problem. And as someone else mentioned, this holder doesn't come with hardware to attach it to the bumper. Luckily I still have it from the original.
