The only thing that gave me relief in 2 years

For the last 2 years I've been suffering from a growing problem of psoriasis, mostly affecting the scalp. I've tried everything: shampoos, conditioners, hair care products. I was literally in agony. My hair fell out in clumps. I have included a photo of a shampoo/conditioner/shower and the amount of hair I would have lost before I started using it literally 3 days ago. This isn't real. I was on the verge of going bald fast, not to mention my scalp was so itchy I could hardly take it and it was oozing and crying where I scratched it sore. It was hell on earth. Fast forward to using this 2 days ago (got it and used it 3 days ago, then skipped a day, then used it again today so I didn't immediately dry myself out too much) and switched to a wide tooth comb after that shower, then when my hair is detangled, go through it with a fine toothed comb to loosen any dead skin cells still clinging to my hair shaft and I've had almost no hair loss. It literally fell almost 100%. I might have felt a little itchy once or twice yesterday, but it was so controllable I didn't even have to scratch it. My hair also seems to be thicker for some reason. It is strange. I hope the product works just as well over time as this is the only relief I have experienced in over two years. My psoriasis also began to affect my face. I'm 37 and I've never had acne in my life, and then I started getting hormonal acne around the age of 30. As it got worse I started having problems on the sides of my nose, around my mouth and on my chin where my skin had turned a little white. thicker and you can tell it's not acne. These are patches of small red bumps that look more like a rash. I have also used this shampoo on my face to see how it works on that part of my body and I have completely eliminated the stain around my nose in just two washes and the stains around my mouth have reduced drastically but not gone yet. I will say that with 3% salicylic acid it is more drying than a regular acne cleanser. My facial skin is getting really dry and today I had to use a facial oil to reduce the dryness. But for now, not having unsightly red and scaly patches on your face is worth fighting for a bit of dryness compared to others. This issue has impacted my life so much that I'm just happy and relieved to have found something that gives me some of my comfort back. I was so stressed and scared that I would lose all my hair within a few months as you can see in the photo how much hair I lost before using it the other day. The bottles are a little smaller than I thought. They would suck because it's pretty expensive, but I literally spent more money for less money and on things they didn't do at all to improve my situation. So I don't care how much it costs as long as I keep seeing positive results and in as little time as it has given me. Buy it. To attempt. I hope you get the same results I did and I hope mine continues. I can get back into my life because it's made me a bit of a recluse because I just feel ugly.
