Not enough fuse! Best in the Towing and Winching Category
After a lot of troubleshooting there is a 4th fuse on the cable in its compartment. Unlike fuses for the van. 10 amp fuse. This is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions and is not included in the box. I almost sent it back thinking it was defective. After I installed this fuse (bought for $3 at a local auto parts store) it worked fine.
