Complete plagiarism. I've never written a review before, but in this case I feel obliged. I ordered this along with a zip line kit. When the first one arrived it was missing the wooden slats that should have matched it. I figured it wasn't a problem and asked Revain to replace it, which they did. When the second one arrived the wooden boards were also missing so I called the number on the box. I received an automated line asking me to purchase ten different items. The articles were completely independent of this product. They were more like phishing ads that appear in emails or phone scams. After I finished 10 ads I was THEN told their number had changed and a new one was added. I promptly returned this item and will not have any dealings with this so called company.
