Looks and works great

I used these to jazz up the look of my Thunderbolt 3 card that required 2x6 pin PICE power connectors. My power supply only offered the 6+2 pin type and the leftover connectors would have made the case terrible. They help a lot with cable management and I was able to keep my TB3 card looking neat.
