Review on 12oz Etae Carmelux Shampoo and Conditioner Set by Julia Bhatt

I would like to start by saying I LOVE the conditioner. I use it for co-washing and it's extremely moisturizing and my hair looks and feels great BUT the shampoo is a different story. wash off I rinsed my hair for 45 minutes to try and get it all out. I only wash my hair once a month but I wash my hair every week and after a few weeks I still found a film on my scalp. Also, my hair fell out a lot more than usual and didn't hold moisture like it used to. I tried the shampoo again today, using a very small amount in batches, trying not to apply too much to my scalp, but encountered the same issue. The shampoo forms something like a thick paste, which luckily I was only able to completely dissolve with commercial tea tree shampoo, which I also had. My scalp finally feels completely clear for the first time in 4 weeks. I can't say enough about how much I love the conditioner and would buy it again, but the shampoo didn't really work for me.
