Hello, I bought the kit with lamps, I installed all the lamps but the main H11 lamps do not work.

Hello, I bought the kit with lamps for my FORD C-MAX ENERGY 2013 car, I installed all the lamps but the main H11 lamps do not work. When I start the car and the arduous headlights. lamps turn on for 2 seconds and turn off immediately.What should I do ?Do I need any more adapters? I wait Thank you.
