The best rack for jerky.

The best jerky rack I've ever had. He hangs the meat so that the smoke envelops each piece. Jerky comes out perfect. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. With a tray underneath, I don't have to clean the smoker. I use it in my GMG Daniel Boone.
