Review on ๐Ÿšด Kent Steel Folding Bike with 6 Speeds. 16"/One Size by Brandon Woodson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really like this bike. But now I need a clown costume.

I really like this bike. I have five other folding bikes. All are on 20 inch tires so it's a new experience. It was damaged and out of order, but nothing that couldn't be fixed in a few hours this morning. The rear fender is bent against the tire but pulls out easily by hand. The fender also has a small dent, but that didn't matter because I removed the fenders. I thought riding a clown bike was stupid enough, but riding a clown bike with wings is too stupid. The switch was far from set. The chain jumped from the lower gear onto the spokes. And didn't shift into top gear. But I've been adjusting the derailleurs on my other folding bikes for 15 years now, so it's not a problem. But if you're not used to it, this can be a problem. Fortunately, there are many videos on YouTube that show you how to do this. And I may have been unlucky enough to receive one out of a thousand bikes that wasn't discontinued before shipping. In any case, the shifting works very well now, except that when I reverse down a gear, the chain shifts to the next gear and twists. I've never seen that on my five other bikes. But I solved that problem by not trading this bike. Haven't ridden the bike yet but it should be fine. hp Tires. Maximum inflation 36 pounds. So I'm wondering how it will feel after I get used to 65 pounds with my other bikes. A few notes on possible extensions: The Allen Sport Yoogo Cargo Trailer CZ2 bike trailer works with this bike. Although the bike's rear wheel is only 16 inches, the trailer's ground clearance is still a few inches. I just hitched my trailer and there is a gap. BUT other Allen followers most likely will not have enough clearance with a bike with 16 inch wheels. (For example, the Allen Sports Metro Bike Cargo Trailer.) The other two Allen trailers I have work with my 20-inch bikes. But with very little distance. **EDIT Mirrycle MTB Bar End mountain bike mirror to fit the handlebar. Just installed a new one with no problems. The old mirror of the same brand didn't fit me, but the new one did. I won't ask why. END EDIT*** Also, the bar end cap that Kent uses on this bike is much more than a simple end cap. I spent an hour trying to pry it out with a screwdriver and pliers. Then I gave up and drove it into the steering wheel with a hammer and screwdriver. Then I drove as much of the mirror into the hole as I could get in. Seems to stay there. But there has to be a better mirror for this particular bike. I have the same mirror on all my other bikes but this one is not very good. The Wald 114 Compact Quick-Release bicycle basket with front handlebars fits very well on the luggage rack. As I said above, I haven't ridden a bike yet, but the basket shouldn't cause any problems with your healing when you pedal. It's only half an inch wider than the rack (if you have one). And in length, it's probably half an inch shorter than the flat part of the bike rack, so it fits snugly.
