the first were lost. Exchanged and delivered within 2 days. I waited about 2 weeks before they gave me a replacement option. But the wait is worth it. The plate will be thin if you over tighten it. And scratches very easily when trying to straighten the faucet when tightening, so be careful. But they look great and work very well. I didn't get any popups. I just smeared some clear silicone where it meets the sink. Then some more under the sink for all the fittings. There was no problem at all. For 4 days and we use it often. I left the soft white washing machine in the sink along with the plastic. You can see it but our white marble epoxy sinks so it's not too noticeable. I would leave her, I did it again. But the silicone has dried up and I don't want to repeat it just yet. This is a powerful jet of water and will slosh if you open it wide. He will remove the toothpaste right from the brush. Lol but they look great and work fantastic. If we had more sinks that haven't been refurbished I would definitely buy them again.
