After doing quite a bit of research I finally decided to use this model for my 65 inch TCL 6 series. I opted for the larger model (40-80 inches) after reading reviews elsewhere at Revain where another reviewer's glass stand broke (hooray!) It wasn't from that manufacturer, but it was enough to getting me to buy a stand with a strong stand. This model turns very smoothly and is very durable! I had to turn the TV on and off three times from the base (that's a long story) but the stand held up well. My only complaint is that at the lowest settings, at 65"TCL, there's about 7" between the bottom of the TV and my stand. I'd like to narrow this down to about 4 inches, but oh well. This measurement will vary depending on the TV you are installing as not all manufacturers place the mounting holes in the same place. If you are installing a 65" TCL, make sure you have the 2 VESA mounting studs that come with the TV. They come with the remote control - at least on the 65R625.
