CS was attentive and gave me a promo code to buy as I was cold and decided to keep the heater anyway. The heat output can be a bit higher, especially considering that it is designed for a fireplace. This is a wonderful representation. The only thing missing was the sound of the "coal crackling", not the sound of the fan. But I'm glad it's there, and I even wear it under my desk while I work to keep my feet warm.
