No customer support / for indoor use only!

Wet a few times. I dried and applied dry silicone as written on the site. So taped that you have to force it open and close. It's garbage now. To top it off, there is no customer support. No response to a warranty claim through their website and NO ONE picks up the phone. What a joke. i just want my money back
