I bought size 2T/3T to match my son's clothes exactly. Not only are they significantly smaller, the panties in the same package are also slightly larger/smaller. One of the panties in the package was *almost* the same size as mine and the others would have fit my son maybe 2 years ago. The product itself is good so I ordered the same as mine. But if the sizes are random, you can't use that, can you? I assume it's "seconds" with some errors. Or maybe the size is different outside of the US and it's a different international size and not the ones you find in department stores here. Anyway, I had to send them back.
