At the long end, it lathers even at a shutter speed of 1/125, in order to get a sharp picture at 200mm from your hands, you need a shutter speed of at least 1/200 even with a stub in the camera. Keep in mind. Maybe a new carcass from Sony with an improved stub will fix the situation, but if not, then you'll have to sell it. I am attaching an example - a crop of a frame at 70-300 and 28-200 at 200mm with iso100 and a shutter speed of 1/125. My hands are ok, I never had a tremor.
