Sleep tight
I look really crazy but the tube was very easy to put on and wrap around my hair. This gave me lots of curls that held up without hairspray, but it takes some practice to get it right. As a result, I had good curls in the front, but rather weak or loose in the back. It's hard to ensure the wrap stays secure all night, but it was fine to sleep in.
