Correct belt. You must be mechanically inclined to replace it.
Correct belt. If the old belt broke, then the front variator will have to be disassembled. The pulley hits each other and shifts the rollers inside. You should have about an inch of space for the belt to sink all the way down. You need air to loosen and tighten the CVT bolt. The rest is mostly easy if you're mechanically inclined.
