Thank god I found it! When we became temporary owners of a large dog and two cats, wool was EVERYWHERE. We have all hardwood just a few rugs in front of the doors so we rarely vacuum. But I've found that the vacuum doesn't really work with all that hair - you have to change the filters. And where can I find filters if the vacuum cleaner is more than 6 months old? Thank goodness Amazon. I replaced those filters, the HEPA filter and the Bissell 82H1 vacuum cleaner and now it does its job perfectly. I would give them 5 stars but I'm still so cranky I can't *really* reuse them. That's why I bought this damn car! I wanted to be green and just flush them like the vacuum cleaner was advertised! Ladies and gentlemen, if you rinse and reuse them, brace yourself for the worst smell of rotten food and animal waste you will ever experience indoors. Thats so bad. You cannot reuse them. Just buy new ones or buy another vacuum cleaner.
