They are great for brewing
They are easy to read and great for monitoring brew pot temperature at a glance. I've seen some bad reviews from people who thought it was for measuring body temperature, they won't, they don't read that high. When cleaning the brewing vessels, you should also make sure not to use hot water. Hot water can damage the temporary strip and make it unusable. Use warm water and brew sanitizer to clean your brewing vessels.
