The best for pureeing. I've seen chefs use it on TV but never thought of buying it until I saw it was on sale of the day. My husband, who now cooks everything, wants mashed potatoes at every meal! It makes the best puree, without lumps, very airy. The best kitchen tool we've added in years. Doesn't require much wrist strength and is easy to clean. Buy it. You will be happy.
