Avoid at all costs! It took me two weeks and $1600 of my time and money.
Leaks at the connection to the washing machine. It slowly seeped behind my washing machine and the water damaged the drywall and paneling behind the machine. It was so slow that I didn't know it until the damage was already done. The cost is about $1600. And it's a hassle to go to the neighbors to do laundry while the subfloor and wall studs have been drying for almost two weeks.
