Review on 📸 Pentax AF360FGZ II Flash: A Versatile Companion for Pentax DSLR Cameras by Michael Godo

Another winner from Pentax. I bought this flash when I had some big family events (weddings) where they wanted to take some pictures of the reception and the families. Hey, great excuse for new camera gear, right? I was concerned about flash performance as fairly large groups will be involved and you need a more powerful flash to evenly cover an area like this. This outburst did NOT disappoint. Even in a group of twenty people, at 15 or 20 feet, there is lighting with ASA 200 and F5.6. I'd rate it 80 true GN for ASA 100 film. Another plus is the recharge time - fairly quick, less than a second with a rechargeable battery at 10 feet and no more than 2 or 3 seconds at a distance. I used a set of 4 Eneloop AA batteries for the whole evening, about 250 flash shots without changing batteries. That's an amazing achievement. Pentax K3 II. Highly recommended.
