Because the nut is attached to the bolt on the bike handle, it is very difficult to tighten. You have to squeeze the two sides of the clip together to get the screw through both holes and this is difficult as there isn't enough room to grab the ends of the clip piece. The nut is difficult to tighten because the exposed portion is so narrow that the wrench provided cannot grip it. I had to use a different key that I had. Once installed everything is fine. It's easy to set up and serves its purpose.
