Plug it in, connect 4 different HDMI devices to it, plug the other end to your HDMI on the TV and you are done. Very simple and so far, extremely easy to use. Comes with a remote to flip between devices, but each time you turn on a device, it automatically senses it and switches to it. Have two hard drive turner recorders/DVD burners and two 400 Disc DVD players attached and it switches smoothly between devices. Only need the remote to override the automatic switch to the newest activated device or to swap back and forth between 2 active devices.
