Review on Sony BDPS1700 Streaming Certified Refurbished by Desmin Dickerson

After receiving the product I tried to plug it in and found that the cable that came with it didn't fit the inlet. I sent them three messages before I got another cable, also the wrong one. In the end I just bought the right one from Walmart, tried to plug it in, but found that the device itself wouldn't turn on, even though the cable I bought was specifically designed for this product (BDP-S1700). Still no reply to any of my messages. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
