Free and useless.

I bought this hook to have an extra one. The plastic cover on the handle of the hook is comfortable, but it twists and the hook is very, very loose to the touch. When I tried to use it, the handle cover twisted, leaving the hook itself unusable. It won't turn with the movement of my hand when it's dangling so much from the grip. Lesson learned.
