I'm usually quite impressionable, but not this time. I'll keep it because I hate the rush to send things back but I'm looking for something bigger and prettier and I'm giving it to my granddaughter for her craft. I believe this item should have been a pretty good bag for the price. I compared it to my husband's lunch box and his lunch box is three times the price and actually better and about the same size. The only thing in this bag are compartments. The soft sides could use some stiffening and the crappy dividers really suck. I will personally buy the next one so I know what I'm getting.
