Review on Dell Inspiron Display Celeron Processor by Brad Davis

I'm not sure about this computer yet. I've been an enterprise systems consultant for 20 years, so I'm familiar with laptops. When I got this one and turned it on, it didn't take me through the normal startup/configuration settings that I'm used to. As if it had already been used. It works very well for a few days, very fast and without crashes, and then suddenly shuts down in the middle of working on something, several times a day. The other day (after a month of use) I turn it on and NOW it walks me through all the startup settings I was expecting when I first turned it on a month ago. So it's damn sluggish. I expected to like it for the money and I really don't. I'm considering returning it for a refund but don't want to start over with another new computer at the moment. I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
