I like this platform it works without errors but sometimes takes ages to load when doing something simple! If you want an agentless solution with robust reporting then i suggest using ATCO since most problems get solved right away unlike other softwares where users will be frustrated just because some reports are not working or taking hours longs than what they should take..it does require patience if we need things done fast though! Highly recommend using them if their is no time limit constraint otherwise stick to other solutions which wont let you down later if delays begin again. We really enjoy how easy agents can access customer information anytime from anywhere via any device (mobile / desktop). This reduces office-hour congestion as well helps increase sales productivity levels. I like how easy it was to add multiple locations with different hours than my main location. It also made adding new employees very simple as well! Nothing really but if you have any questions or concerns about their services just reach out through email support@agencitytechsolutions.com they are amazing. Great customer experience!! They were able to help me when things went wrong during implementation process which helped us work together towards fixing issues.
