Review on netPrefect by Michael Hughes

The product has been very easy for me as I am not tech savvy at all! It's user friendly so anyone with no previous knowledge could easily get it up & running in minutes without any problems (so far). We have had some issues but they are quickly resolved by their support team who seem really helpful when you need them most - which isn't often because everything seems ok until something goes wrong then we're back into contact again straight away!! They also do regular updates that make sure things work well before releasing new versions etc., this makes life easier than having old software out there still working after years despite changes made elsewhere within our organisation / IT department.
