The product has been very easy for me as I am not tech savvy at all! It's user friendly so anyone with no previous knowledge could easily get it up & running in minutes without any problems (so far). The ability for us as IT professionals (as well as our end users) to have one place where we can find all information about what's going on in their computers/network equipment has been very helpful over time. I like that it allows you to see everything at once - not just individual applications but also other software running at any given moment.
