This is a very good diagnostic scanner. Delivery took 2 days, packaging is great. It has a convenient touch screen with Android operating system. It needs to be updated upon arrival. So when you take it out of the box, just plug in the USB port to power it up and start updating. This will take some time so be patient. It is easy to use and offers all OBDII protocols including reading and clearing codes. It's freeze frame, I/M ready, realtime data and then some resets. It has a built-in DTC search library that makes it quick and easy to see what DTC you're getting. This scan tool offers more than most DIYers will ever need. It's definitely something to think about. Of course, that wouldn't be what's in the store, but it's thousands of dollars. For the options this gives you and the price, I highly recommend buying it.
