I have ordered this "large" easel twice and each time got the medium easel (the second replaced the first). I think some buyers are unaware of this - leaving positive reviews for their medium-sized easels and paying for a large one. There's even a customer review with a photo of the box that says 'Medium'. There is a separate medium listing and the price is cheaper. For as long as I could' not use an easel due to its small size. I would say it's pretty easy to assemble without instructions as most of it is already assembled for you. The screw, rubber washer and metal washer must be unscrewed from the front vertical beam (shelf part) and then re-attached to the center support on the main frame. However, you will need to place a rubber washer between the front vertical and the main frame so you can attach the rear wing nut/bolt.
