We use these types of salts at least 4 times a week so I know the pros and cons. I chose this product because it was cheaper and in stock compared to my usual choice. It's just a regular product, I say that because the mint is so strong you can't even smell the rosemary. The salts don't dissolve as well as other brands, but that may be because the salts are much coarser and coarser than comparable products. My skin didn't feel smoother or moisturized with this product. To be honest, after 5 minutes there is no smell and no sign of using the product, which is not good. I will not buy this product again.
