Review on 💻 Black IOGEAR 2-Port USB DisplayPort Cable KVM Switch by Bryan Moon

In general this KVM switch seems to be quite good. It works with my Logitech M570 wireless device with a merging receiver, as well as my keyboard and all media keys. Switching between them is pretty quick and the mouse works instantly. However, not all users will have this experience as different devices and machines take more or less time to reinitialize devices. As for the video, I'm disappointed though. The entire screen is a bit blurry compared to the VGA cable that goes straight from my computer to my monitor. Not only is it generally unusable, but it also becomes noticeable when viewing text. My screen is 1920x1080 but it looks like it has been upscaled to 1600x900 or so. I'll try a shorter VGA cable but not sure if that solves the problem. I've posted a photo showing what the text about KVM looks like compared to what it didn't. --- EDIT --- I went through my monitor settings and the one in focus was called "Phase". This got the image sharp, but the phase shift seems to be slightly different on each computer, so I found a sweet spot where both look reasonably sharp.
