This sensor does exactly what I need. No more guessing on the corners. It is very easy to use and comes with instructions. Another feature I like is the magnet on the back. You don't have to hold it while adjusting the saw etc, you can clip it to the blade and make minor adjustments without worrying about holding it still while doing something else with your other hand.
