Easy to Use, User Friendliness and Simple Interface
The best thing about this tool it's simplicity of use! I like how easy you could create an agenda for any meeting or call in almost instantly without having too much knowledge on using tools out there at first hand - so no learning curve here :) Great customer support (live chat) if needed but sometimes when waiting long time before getting response from them its hard not knowing what happened internally during their busy times :). Not many things really dislike other than maybe some minor customization needs which we were able solve quickly once identified though nothing majorly negative either just suggestions/ideas would be great! We used Agile methodology throughout our project life cycle development process within multiple projects across various departments / cross functional areas including UX design etc.
- You can do everything required by keeping everything within the system and not having to resort to other tools like Excel for example
- As this is a relatively new product I have nothing major to dislike at the moment although I wish we had it during the early days when I had to use some other more traditional tools for tracking project progress instead
