I needed a freezer, not a fridge, to haul frozen food 200 miles and this Iceco 42 is widely considered "the best" portable Freezer known. I've been looking for portable "coolers" and found this Iceco comes with an excellent "pump" and user verified components that attest to quality and durability. If you have the budget buy an ARB otherwise this Iceco 42 is comparable if not the same, withstands freezing temperatures, runs quietly and has insulation to keep the power cold in a vehicle for long hours. It is about the size of a person when filled with food. My first "test" was to pour water into the ice. Ice Cube Tray and freeze it into ice, unplug the Iceco and let it sit for two days and you'll have ice cubes even in mild or warm fall/fall weather. I don't think I can expect more. It is a great luxury to be able to "store" frozen food and chill food in the fridge every day without having to deal with a cooler full of water, melting ice and plastic bags.
