I was very happy to open the product until I opened it. The item is damaged and shows signs of wear and will be placed back in the box to be sold to me. At almost $80 I would expect this to be a working joycon with no cracks/dirt/scratches. When I tested it the left joystick was buggy, the joystick itself didn't do what I wanted when moving down it didn't go down in game or switch from profile to playlist. I am extremely disappointed
