I read a previous review that specifically mentioned this seller for shipping genuine Japanese imported Switch controllers and I can say they are legit! I also have other Splatoon controllers that I buy at retail and the quality is the same.

The first thing that struck me was that they were used as they were not in the original packaging. To verify this, you can see the scratches on the joycons where they were connected/disconnected from the system. There were also no wristbands, although answers to some questions suggest the wristbands are included. I don't even try them. Paying full price for a used, incomplete item is ridiculous.

Got these Joy-Cons and I suspect they are cheap fakes. The box certainly looks like a real Nintendo box, but the product wasn't. The controllers are not marked with the Nintendo logo, no. The keys get stuck in the depressed position. The buttons didn't hold up at all. Screws on the product body were loose/ fell out. The controller looked like it was about to pop open. do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY this.

I was very happy to open the product until I opened it. The item is damaged and shows signs of wear and will be placed back in the box to be sold to me. At almost $80 I would expect this to be a working joycon with no cracks/dirt/scratches. When I tested it the left joystick was buggy, the joystick itself didn't do what I wanted when moving down it didn't go down in game or switch from profile to playlist. I am extremely disappointed

We collected all the color sets (and opposite color sets) of the Joy Con controller to match the colors. We now have solid red, blue, green, yellow, and pink sets. There is no longer any need to fight for them, each of us has our own color. If you mix/match, simply sync each pair individually to use as a set. I love the different color options! Arrived today. i love colors :) They were very easy to pair with my Switch console. Since they came preloaded, I immediately played Super Mario Odyssey with them. These joysticks are very cute. The colors are bright, juicy and pleasantly matt. I've had no issues with them working differently than my other Joy-Cons and I've had them for a few months now. Of course it's sad that they cost more, but they just aren't made in the US, which is what you pay for imported goods from Japan. Neon green and neon pink! This color combination is reminiscent of fresh fruit! These Joy-Cons are pretty vibrant in color. The only problem is that Neon Pink is very similar to Neon Red. So if you already have red, you probably don't need pink. Mechanically they are solid and they worked straight away with my Nintendo Switch. I ordered two sets of these joycons. The first set was sold by The Last Samurai and lived up to the advertisement. I bought a second set as a backup, this time through AKIBA JAPAN and instead of new joycons as advertised, I received a joycon and a broken fake :/ Go back immediately.
