Seriously I'm used to the old style with a knob, twist, pull up and then have a hard time cleaning this thing after use. Some people get used to the fact that I prepare strawberries for what I do. But the fact that the "claw" does not return to her body. It's much easier to clean it after use. I really just needed to learn not to hold strawberries or this device as aggressively as the one I've been using for decades.
