I was very excited about this zip line as it had everything we were looking for. Luckily it didn't deliver. First, the facility was terrible. You need about 3-4 people to really make it work and there's no way you can get a £250 person to do this thing. The altitude calculation they had you do was wrong and my husband fell on the take off. The wood protection actually has to slide over the wires, which is not possible. Every tiny wire starts to go through the plastic on the sides making it impossible to use. Also, enough excitement on the zipline will likely attract extra people. My husband is very strong and he couldn't make it. From the moment we started using it you fall about 3 feet from the start. The children complained that the belt was not comfortable at all. The blue ribbon is too long. And after a weekend of use, maybe 15 trips, the car stopped working. The wheel stopped rolling so they started moving but stopped after about 2 seconds. It's terrible and I'm going back. Now you have to figure out how to lower it to return.
