Review on Darice LM357B Luminara Realistic Artificial by Linh Hellmuth

We first bought two of these candles to decorate the room. One of them didn't work with the remote control, but Revane quickly solved this problem. After enjoying these candles for about 8 months we bought 2 more to use in our bird cage. Those of you who understand what this is need to deduce where we live. All 4 work with the same remote control so you don't have to buy another one. The candles look very real, especially when you turn the bottom of the flame part away from direct view so you only see the flickering through the side of the candle. Even if the wick is right in front of their eyes, most people need to double-check to make sure it's not a real candle. These candles are not weatherproof, so if you're using them for outdoor decoration, be sure to take them with you in inclement weather. These candles are purely decorative and not as bright as real candles, so don't plan on reading by their light. I can recommend Luminara candles. Update 02/19/17 - We bought two more of these candles in different sizes. All works from one remote control. We haven't had any issues with either since receiving the above replacement. These candles are worth the money. Very happy with them.
