I will not buy again. I have to put on gloves first, then wipe down the unit, then take a paper towel (or a rag you don't mind staining the rest of the laundry with because I'm not sure the grease can be washed off completely) and wipe wipe off the film of grease that remains. I couldn't have known better other than a former roommate introduced me to stainless steel towels which really impressed me and left no greasy residue on my hands or devices. I wish I could remember their brand name because I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
